Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy
After the first Ozone Convention, where I heard Bob Dennis talk about his PEMF system, I was intrigued, but I didn't dive in right away, I filed it away in the back of my mind.
Not long after, a friend from San Francisco asked me if I could build her a couple of PEMF machines. I told her, let me look into how this works and I'll let you know.
When I saw how it worked, I said, yeah, I can do that.
Since I was already dealing with Carla's health situation at the time, I decided to build an extra one for our house, my friend wnted two, I made three.
And then I forgot about ours, I put it away somewhere.
The ankle story
One day I was walking my dog, a little before my weekly streaming show.
I was distracted, thinking about the stream, when the dog decided to take off running after another dog.
She pulled me, I went down, and I twisted my ankle pretty bad.
I was walking back home, limping, in pain, with about 30 minutes before my show started.
My ankle was swelling up fast, I'd twisted this ankle before, once or twice, and I know what that feels like.
Then I remembered the PEMF machine.
I sat down, stretched out my leg, put the coils on my ankle, and ran it for about 15-20 minutes until I had to go do my show.
When I stood up, the pain was gone, and the swelling hadn't come like I expected.
During the show, I kept thinking maybe it was just my imagination because I had built the machine.
But in the end, I had to accept what I felt. It worked.
What I think about PEMF
Since then, Carla and I both use it regularly.
And I'll tell you what I tell everyone: the three things you should have at home are ozone, red light, and PEMF. That's the basic kit.
This is my personal experience. I know it's anecdotal.
But it's what I felt, I know I didn't imagine it, and that's why I give it the importance I do.

This page is a work in progress. I'll be adding more detail on protocols, equipment, and how to pair PEMF with ozone therapy.
